Due to a Student Affairs Meeting, MTSU Health Services and Campus Pharmacy will be closed from 11:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on Friday, October 23, 2026.

Health Services and Campus Pharmacy will resume normal operations at 2:00 p.m.

Bring your student ID card and all insurance cards (or photocopies of the front and back of cards) with you. Cash, checks, Visa, MasterCards, Discover and American Express are accepted forms of payment.
Prescription Refills
If you need to refill a prescription that was originally dispensed from our Pharmacy, call our automated telephone system at 615-494-8888 or complete the online refill form.
Prescription Transfers
If you have a prescription that you want transferred to our Pharmacy, please call us at 615-494-8888.
If you need to transfer a prescription to another pharmacy, have that pharmacy call us and we will provide them with the information they need. There is no fee for this service.
